The responsible for data processing is THE TRUST FOR THE AMERICAS ORGANIZATION, a non-profit organization incorporated under section 501(c)(3) of the United States of America Tax Code, affiliated with the Organization of American States (OAS), whose offices are located at 1889 F Street NW, Washington DC 20006, United States of America, hereinafter referred to as "THE TRUST FOR THE AMERICAS".
